Authors of accepted and presented papers will have the opportunity to submit an extended version of their work to the journal Instruments for consideration in the Special Issue entitled "Instrumentation and Measurement Methods for Automotive".
ABOUT THE SPECIAL ISSUE
This Special Issue, associated with MetroAutomotive, intends to provide a rigorous environment for the dissemination of advanced research in measurement science, instrumentation, and data-driven validation for contemporary automotive systems.
This Special Issue will welcome contributions that move beyond incremental performance reporting and instead advance the metrological reliability, traceability, uncertainty evaluation, and validation of automotive technologies. Potential authors are encouraged to submit extended and substantially enhanced studies on topics such as advanced sensing for driver and vehicle safety, AI-driven metrology, software-defined vehicles, battery monitoring and diagnostics, sensor fusion, communication-aware measurement systems, and experimental methodologies for intelligent mobility platforms. We particularly welcome papers that bridge theory and practice, combining methodological novelty with experimental evidence and clear relevance to industrial or real-world automotive applications.
